Here are a few more of the characters I created for some of the different activities at El Rancho camp. I tried to incorporate animals and birds native to New Zealand and those especially found in the Waikanae area. I'll post more about this fun project in my portfolio soon.

During our recent visit to Singapore we got the chance to see the night safari and daytime zoo, where I got to relive my childhood dream of being a wild life photographer! (- what child/adult doesn't dream of working for National Geographic or WWF?). The great thing about this zoo is they really make it feel like there is nothing separating you from the animals - which is pretty special I think. Along the way I found so many great characters and excellent drawing reference subjects. Check out my photography section for more.
